Our ICONIQUE frames :
designs symbolizing trends, fashions and eras.

Ever since the François Pinton brand was first created, the collections have evoked a certain art of living.

Premium materials chosen with care and skilfully worked to produce elegant designs symbolizing trends, fashions and eras. Today, some of our pieces are representative of a given age.

Through our French craftsmanship, certain frames (which could even be described as “works of art”) have become emblematic of our passion for creating beautiful eyewear, acquiring iconic status with the passing of time!

ACHARD

Symbolic of a whole era and intellectual movement, illustrated by French playwright Marcel Archard who was never without his round François Pinton glasses. Today these sunglasses are one of the pillars of the collection with their thick, straight temples faithful to the frames of the 60s, and offering unrivalled comfort.

JACKY

Many have tried to copy the bespoke design made by Mr Pinton for 60s icon Jackie Kennedy Onassis, but it will always be inimitable.

Wanting to protect herself from the paparazzi, Jackie Onassis requested a large frame with wide temples. François Pinton sculpted an oversized front and angled endpieces for her. Still in the collection, this frame has been adapted to today’s trends and now comes in 3 shapes: Jacky1 in a wraparound shape, Jacky2 “The original”, and Jacky3 in a slightly flatter style.

ONA

We can’t talk about Jackie without mentioning her husband Aristotle, who also chose frames by  François Pinton Paris.

The ONA model is easily recognizable: a unique style that’s still considered a benchmark in the world of eyewear. Its angled endpieces are an incredible feat of technical engineering and the signature riveted hinges offer the ultimate in refinement.

MONACO

A sunglasses model specially created by François Pinton for Grace Kelly. Even today, the unusual butterfly shape is still seen as a stroke of genius, and a pioneer of fashion. A symbol of elegance, the charm of these frames will never fade.

KELLY

This frame embodies the determined and radiant personality of Princess Grace of Monaco. A reissue of a flagship model by François Pinton Paris, it was also specially designed for the entrancing Grace Kelly.

Its beautiful curves are worthy of a major star, making it an eponymous icon of the collection.

ACTEUR 3

This model is one of the brand’s latest designs. All the signature features of the House captured in a single frame: thick and generous volumes in a perfect shape, with angled endpieces extending onto wide riveted temples. A timeless look, making this model an icon of both today and tomorrow.
